But the Apple Pie Smoothie Bowl is actually quite down-to-earth. It's ready mixed in a few minutes, naturally sweet and contains only healthy, vegan ingredients.

To avoid brain freeze during breakfast in winter, the smoothie is not prepared with frozen bananas as is often the case. Plant-based milk and yoghurt straight from the fridge nevertheless provide the refreshing kick and a lovely creamy consistency.
Especially practical: You can prepare this bowl the evening before and keep it in the insulating muki snack pot. In the morning you'll be ready to go. With the muki you can save time and enjoy your smoothie bowl on the train, at work or wherever you want.
For that original apple pie feeling, top this cool delicacy with almond flakes, sultanas and crunchy apple pieces kept in the top compartment.
For the smoothie
- 1 big apple
- 50 g cold plant-based yoghurt
- 100 ml cold almond milk
- 1 tsp ground walnuts
- 5 tbsp instant oats 1 tbsp almond butter
- 1 tsp cinnamon
- 1 dash of lemon juice
- 1 pinch of salt
For the topping
- Finely diced apple
- Flaked almonds
- Wash the apple and cut into pieces.
- Put it in the blender together with the other smoothie ingredients and blend to a creamy consistency.
- Sprinkle with the topping to taste.
