But before you can get in front of their eyes, a complete renewal is imminent. Showering, doing your hair, maybe make-up and the big decisions in front of the wardrobe. In the best case you have peace and calmness, in the worst case your family relies on you. But - hurry up - time is pressing, always and in the morning anyway. So breakfast is often being put a side. Today, we'll show you a healthy way to make up for it in peace and quiet at the office.

The ingredients for your power breakfast: oats, fruit and nuts

When it comes to breakfast, there are two kinds of people in offices: those who can't get a bite to eat early in the morning and those who are hungry but don't have the time to sit down at the dining table at home. Having a healthy breakfast during the week is not so easy in either case. The solution? The muki Snackpot filled with delicious overnight oats prepared in no time. Over-what!? Breakfast time is when you are hungry

In the muki snack pot you can take your full and healthy breakfast with you and enjoy it on the road or in the office. Exactly when you are hungry and feel like it. Oats will keep you full for a while, while nuts and fruit will provide you with everything your body needs for the day. Because you can prepare the Overnight Oats the night before directly in the muki, you won't lose any precious time in the morning. And the topping stays nice and crunchy in the top container of the muki. Read, be amazed, imitate!


  • 40 g of oatmeal 
  • 1 tablespoon chia seeds (optional)
  • 120 ml liquid (e.g. plant-based milk, cow's milk, water, juice) 
  • 6 strawberries 
  • ½ Banana 
  • 1 handful of raspberries 
  • 1 handful of almonds
It's that fast:
  1. The night before: Mash the banana with a fork. 
  2. Put it together with the oatmeal, the chia seeds and the liquid into the lower container of the muki. 
  3. Stir well, seal it and put it in the fridge. 
  4. Put the rest of the fruit and almonds in the upper muki container. 
  5. In the morning: grab muki and go!

Tip: Tastes best together with hot coffee from the FLSK drinking bottle.
