Customer Service (m/w/d) Werkstudent:in
Du bist ein Kommunikationstalent und liebst die Zusammenarbeit mit anderen Menschen? Zur Verstärkung
unseres Teams suchen wir ab sofort eine:n Werkstudent:in (m/w/d) im Bereich B2C. Die Stelle wird zunächst
für 6 Monate besetzt, mit der Option auf Verlängerung.
Dafür brennst Du.
• Du unterstützt unseren Kundenservice in der Kommunikation mit unseren Kund:innen per Telefon und via E-Mail.
• Du bearbeitest Reklamationen und kümmerst Dich bei Bedarf um den Versand von Ersatzteilen.
• Du „schnürst“ und verschickst Pakete, wenn neue Kooperationspartner:innen oder
Gewinner:innen eines Gewinnspiels feststehen.
• Du scheust Dich nicht mit anzupacken, wenn helfende Hände gebraucht werden.
