Return Policy & Right of Withdrawal

At FLSK, you have two options for returning an item: Our voluntary 30-day return right for easy processing or the statutory 14-day right of withdrawal.

A. Our voluntary 30-day return right

In addition to your statutory right of withdrawal, we grant you a voluntary return right of 30 days after receipt of the goods.

1. Conditions for the 30-day return:

To claim our voluntary return right, the item must be in the same condition as you received it:

  • Unused and unworn
  • In the original packaging
  • With all tags attached

Proof of purchase (e.g., the order number) is required.

Please note: Personalized products (e.g., with engraving) are excluded from this voluntary return right.

2. How to initiate the 30-day return:

To initiate a return quickly and easily, please use the option that applies to you:

  • Swiss Customers: Please use exclusively this link for your return: CH Returns Portal

Once your return request has been accepted, you will receive a confirmation email. In this email, you will find a link to generate your free return label yourself (not applicable for returns from Switzerland).

There you will also receive all further instructions on how and where to send the package. The return address is: ProChannel GmbH, Sterzinger Str. 4, 86165 Augsburg, Germany

Important Note: Items returned to us without a prior return request being made will not be accepted. If you have any questions, please contact us at hallo@flsk.de. 

3. Costs and Refund (30-day return right)

  • For returns within Europe (incl. Switzerland), we cover the return shipping costs by providing you with a free label.
  • After checking the returned goods, we will refund the product costs to your original payment method.

B. Statutory Right of Withdrawal Instructions

(Consumer is every natural person who concludes a legal transaction for purposes that predominantly can be attributed neither to their commercial nor their self-employed professional activity.)

Right of withdrawal

You have the right to withdraw from this contract within fourteen days without giving any reason.

The withdrawal period is fourteen days from the day,

  • on which you or a third party named by you, who is not the carrier, have taken possession of the goods, provided you have ordered one or more goods as part of a uniform order and these are delivered uniformly.

To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us (FLSK Products GmbH, Gmunder Straße 35 A, 81379 Munich, Phone number: +4989 588054600, E-mail address: hallo@flsk.de) by means of a clear declaration (e.g., a letter sent by post or email) of your decision to withdraw from this contract. You can use the attached model withdrawal form for this purpose, but it is not mandatory.

To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient for you to send your communication concerning your exercise of the right of withdrawal before the withdrawal period has expired.

Consequences of withdrawal

If you withdraw from this contract, we shall reimburse to you all payments received from you, including the costs of delivery (with the exception of the supplementary costs resulting from your choice of a type of delivery other than the least expensive type of standard delivery offered by us), without undue delay and in any event not later than 14 days from the day on which we are informed about your decision to withdraw from this contract.

We will carry out such reimbursement using the same means of payment as you used for the initial transaction, unless you have expressly agreed otherwise; in any event, you will not incur any fees as a result of such reimbursement.

We may withhold reimbursement until we have received the goods back or you have supplied evidence of having sent back the goods, whichever is the earliest.

You shall send back the goods or hand them over to us (ProChannel GmbH, Sterzinger Str. 4, DE-86165 Augsburg) without undue delay and in any event not later than 14 days from the day on which you communicate your withdrawal from this contract to us. The deadline is met if you send back the goods before the period of 14 days has expired.

You bear the direct costs of returning the goods.

Any applicable customs duties are to be borne by the recipient.

You are only liable for any diminished value of the goods resulting from the handling other than what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics and functioning of the goods.

Reasons for Exclusion or Extinction

The right of withdrawal does not apply to contracts

  • for the supply of goods that are not prefabricated, including a product personalized by engraving, and for the manufacture of which an individual selection or determination by the consumer is decisive or which are clearly tailored to the personal needs of the consumer;
  • for the supply of goods that can spoil quickly or whose expiration date would be quickly exceeded;
  • for the supply of alcoholic beverages, the price of which was agreed at the time of the conclusion of the contract, but which can be delivered no earlier than 30 days after the conclusion of the contract and whose actual value depends on fluctuations in the market over which the entrepreneur has no influence;
  • for the supply of newspapers, periodicals or magazines with the exception of subscription contracts.

The right of withdrawal expires prematurely for contracts

  • for the supply of sealed goods which are not suitable for return for reasons of health protection or hygiene if their seal has been removed after delivery;
  • for the supply of goods if, after delivery, they have been inseparably mixed with other items due to their nature;
  • for the supply of sound or video recordings or computer software in a sealed package if the seal has been removed after delivery.

C. Further Information

Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately at hallo@flsk.de if the item is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exchanges

The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

Refunds

(Applies to both types of return)

We will notify you once we have received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you will be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
