The FLSK Lifetime Guarantee covers the vacuum performance, leak tightness and all other core functions of the stainless steel body, including the lids and seals of all FLSK stainless steel products. Wear and tear and other damage that is not due to material, manufacturing or design defects are excluded. The magnetic effect of magnetized products is also excluded, as this will diminish over time.
The guarantee applies exclusively to FLSK coffee mugs and FLSK drinking bottles that were newly purchased or received and are in the possession of the end customer. The guarantee also covers parts that are not made entirely of stainless steel, such as plastic lids or seals, but not elements with a magnetic effect in magnetized products, as these can deteriorate over time. The prerequisite for claiming the guarantee is that the product is registered within 3 months of purchase or receipt.
The guarantee is available to all customers who have purchased or received their product and have registered it on the website www.flsk.de/garantieno later than three months after purchase or receipt . This also includes customers who received the product as a gift, provided that the product was registered for their own private use.
Register your warranty product within 3 months of purchase or receipt on the website www.flsk.de/warranty . To register, we need truthful information from you about your name, address, email address, date of purchase or receipt, location and the lot number that is written on the bottom of the product.
If your product has a warranty defect, it is best to contact us directly, but no later than one month after discovering the defect, using the contact form on our website or in writing. To process it we need your name, address, purchase or receipt details and a description of the error.
FLSK will examine the warranty claim and, if accepted, will correct the error through repair, replacement or refund of the purchase price. If production of the guaranteed product is discontinued, an equivalent product may be delivered.
No, the rights under the guarantee are neither inheritable nor transferable. They expire with the loss of ownership of the guaranteed product or the death of the registered end customer.
Yes, claims under the guarantee are excluded in the event of damage caused by improper handling, attempted repairs without coordination with FLSK, use contrary to the care instructions, intentional damage, the use of non-FLSK spare parts, or due to force majeure.
If a provision of the guarantee is ineffective, the validity of the remaining provisions remains unaffected. A provision that comes closest to the original purpose is deemed to have been agreed.
