Berry Avocado Smoothie Bowl.

What you need:

For the smoothie:

  • 100 g raspberries

  • 1 banana

  • 1 small, ripe avocado

  • 2 tbsp yogurt of your choice

  • 50 ml plant milk

For the topping:

  • About 6 raspberries

  • Granola or muesli

  • Chocolate chips

  • 1 tbsp yogurt of your choice

  • 1 tsp peanut butter

  • A dash of maple syrup


Berry Avocado Smoothie Bowl




  1. Halve the avocado, remove the pit, and place the flesh in the blender. Peel and roughly chop the banana, then add it along with the raspberries to the blender.

  2. Add the yogurt and plant milk. Blend everything into a creamy mixture and transfer to a bowl.

  3. Garnish with the toppings as desired.
