Christmas Chocolate Coffee | Recipe

Recently in the FLSK office kitchen: The marketing team was chatting at the counter, trying to develop strategies to combat the afternoon slump. That's how this Christmassy chocolate coffee recipe came about. But then, after lunch, that insane craving for something sweet always hits, making it impossible to think straight! Campaign planning is truly out of the question.
But after all, Christmas is coming soon, and FLSK wouldn't be FLSK if we didn't combine business with pleasure! So we've developed this recipe for a Christmas chocolate coffee for you (okay, okay, and for us too). Of course, we couldn't resist tasting it on the spot. We'll tell you this much: it's deliciously creamy and wonderfully aromatic thanks to the high-quality spices.
This is what you need:

70 ml cream

130 ml milk or milk alternative

30 g chocolate (milk or dark)

1 tsp powdered sugar

1 cup of espresso

1/2 tsp gingerbread spice from Just Spices
It's that easy:

Whip 35 ml of cream until creamy and set aside.

Boil the milk with the other half of the cream.

Add chocolate pieces and melt while stirring.

Add powdered sugar, espresso and 1/2 teaspoon of gingerbread spice and pour everything into a cup or glass.

Top with creamy whipped cream and gingerbread spice.
