Kahlúa coffee

Kahlúa Kaffee

Okay, you better not try this alcoholic recipe during the coffee break between two business meetings. You might feel a little tipsy after drinking the Kahlúa coffee!

Instead, choose a relaxed Sunday afternoon when nothing and no one wants anything more from you. Then Kahlúa coffee is a great alternative to your standard latte macchiato. Put your feet up and indulge in the creamy-sweet coffee seduction. Hach, delightful!

The coffee liqueur goes - surprise! - goes wonderfully with coffee. It enriches your favorite hot beverage with vanilla and chocolate flavors and also makes it quite a bit sweeter. (Be careful with added sugar, try it first.) By the way, you can hardly taste the alcohol at all. Give it a try, you'll love it!

What you need:

  • 4 cl coffee liqueur (e.g. Kahlúa)
  • 4 cl (plant) milk
  • 8 cl hot, freshly made coffee

optional topping:

  • whipped cream
  • cinnamon

It's as simple as this:

  1. Pour coffee liqueur, milk and coffee into a tall glass.
  2. Stir vigorously.
  3. Top with 1-2 spoonfuls of whipped cream if desired and sprinkle with cinnamon.
Tip: Feeling a little chilly on your walk? You can take the Mexican heart warmer outside in the CUP coffee-to-go cup! You don't have to worry about your new wool coat: The specially shaped drinking opening regulates the flow so you can drink pleasantly and stain-free. The insulated mug keeps the Kahlúa coffee warm for three hours.
