Driver's Mango Fizz

Driver’s Mango Fizz | Mocktail-Rezept

Do you fancy a fruity cocktail without alcohol? Try our Driver's Mango Fizz - a summery mocktail for everyone who still has to drive or prefers a clear head for other reasons.

When mixed correctly, mocktails are in no way inferior to their alcoholic cousins. This non-alcoholic Mango Fizz pampers you and your guests with full flavor and an elegant balance between sweet (fruit), sour (lime) and tart (tonic water) aromas.

Mocktail for the discerning

To ensure that a cocktail without alcohol doesn't look and taste like a child's birthday party, there are a few tips and tricks:

  • Non-alcoholic does not automatically mean overly sweet: Avoid additional sugar and specifically look for natural juices.

  • Appearance is half the battle: choose a stylish cocktail glass, not a simple water glass.

  • Decoration upgrade: A few herbs or fruits on the edge of the glass make the difference between a mocktail and a fruit spritzer.

  • Ice, ice, baby: Large, clinking ice cubes create the right cocktail feeling.

You need this:

  • 200 g mango pulp (fresh or frozen)

  • 50 ml peach nectar

  • 2 tbsp lime juice

  • Ice cubes

  • 30 ml carbonated mineral water

  • 20 ml tonic water

  • Lemon slices and rosemary for decoration

It's that easy:

  1. Puree the mango together with the peach juice and lime juice in the blender.

  2. Put ice cubes in the glass and add the fruit puree.

  3. Top up with mineral water and tonic water. Decorate with lemon slices and rosemary if desired.

Tip: Are you on the road and have the uneasy feeling that there won't be any decent non-alcoholic drinks waiting for you at your destination? Then take care of yourself. The FLSK drinking bottle keeps your Mango Fizz cool and keeps you happy as a mobile cocktail bar.
