Rosé Raspberry Mimosas

Rosé Raspberry Mimosas

Let's be honest, folks: who doesn't have a sparkle in their eyes when they hear the words champagne and sorbet? That really sounds like a happy group of friends on a warm summer evening.

And that's exactly what the Rosé Raspberry Mimosa is for. It shines in a wonderful pink, enchants us with its bubbles and, thanks to the fruity component, is also welcome in hot temperatures. The Rosé Raspberry Mimosa is most fun in the open air.

It can also be easily mixed there. Because there's really nothing complicated about this drink. The secret to convincing mimosas lies not in the artistically valuable preparation, but in the quality of the ingredients used.

So – treat yourself to a fine champagne and high-quality sorbet (maybe even homemade?), pour it into a pretty glass and top everything with fresh herbs or fruits. The Rosé Raspberry Mimosa is ready.

You need this:

  • 1 scoop of well-chilled raspberry sorbet

  • approx. 100 ml chilled rosé champagne or sparkling wine (depending on the size of your glass)

  • 1 sprig of rosemary (optional)

  • 3 fresh raspberries (optional)

It's that easy:

  1. Place a scoop of raspberry sorbet in a glass.

  2. Pour champagne on them.

  3. Wow Upgrade 1: Decorate the mimosa with rosemary.

  4. Wow upgrade 2: Insert a wooden skewer through the fresh raspberries and place it over the glass.
