Taste the sweetness of summer with juicy peaches and delicious dessert wine – wrapped in a cocoon of sharp lemon, lime and – of course – lots of crushed ice. Cucumber and basil add further cooling and a slightly herbaceous note to the cocktail. Pure enjoyment and exactly what you were looking for.

You can mix this recipe at home without much effort. Pro tip: Get the best, ripest peaches available from your fruit dealer. It is worth it! 

You need this:

For the drink:

1 juicy, ripe peach
10 cl dessert wine
10 cl lemonade
2 cl lime juice
½ lime in pieces
Crushed ice

For the decoration:

Peach slices
Cucumber strips
5-10 basil leaves

It's that easy:

  1. Wash the peach, core it and cut it into coarse pieces. Puree in the blender. Pour the puree into a glass and top with crushed ice.
  2. Add dessert wine, lemonade, lime juice and lime wedges and stir gently.
  3. Decorate and refine generously with peach slices, cucumber strips and basil leaves. Use skewers if desired.
