At FLSK, we inspire people who strive for the highest quality. Who are not satisfied with half measures when it comes to their passion. Instead, they want to live and experience what they love better, more comprehensively and more deeply. It's no wonder that we came into contact with Lena Östreich.
For 23 years, the German-born woman has dedicated herself to her love of movement - both in her own workouts and in coaching others. With the strength she draws from her yoga practice, she has set up an ambitious boot camp in her adopted home of Barcelona. Get to know Lena in our exclusive video and let her vision and inspiring personality take you along.
Mo&Mace unites people through movement
What do you do when you're missing something where you are? You manifest it yourself! When Lena goes to Barcelona to study, she misses "her" sports teams terribly. For her, sport means above all community and shared creativity. Training together with others in the fresh air, challenging each other and trying out new things is what fulfills Lena Östreich.
With Mo&Mace, not only has a dream come true for the athlete, but a functioning business model has also been created. Numerous freelance trainers work for the company and bring variety and good vibes to the gym mat.
The drink afterward is almost as important as the training itself. Mo&Mace is not just about building muscle and sweating, but also about enjoying the moment in a sociable atmosphere with like-minded people. There are, of course, plenty of opportunities for this in Barcelona.
It's all about technology
As a team player, Lena is inspired above all by the people around her: the first-class trainers, the participants in her boot camps and also her own body. During her daily yoga practice, she immerses herself in the world of her body sensations and draws new concepts for sports coaching from this.
Lena describes herself as a technology fanatic. She has learned from experience that good movement execution allows you to reach your goal faster and easier. It also helps avoid injuries. In order to improve the technique of her participants, she relies on close and sensitive support. At Mo&Mace, hurdles - whether mental or physical - are overcome together.
